The Brief
PlayerZero is a community platform for Pokémon GO trainers. Players log their progress, such as distance walked, Pokémon caught, PokéStops visited and total XP, and compare it with others on weekly, monthly and all-time leaderboards by trainer, country and team. The brief was to design a clear, fast interface for web and mobile that makes updating stats effortless and rankings easy to read.
The platform also needed a free trial and a paid subscription, so the design had to show what is included and nudge users to upgrade without getting in their way.

Design Process
We designed the full product in Figma for desktop and mobile: login, profile settings with social platform connections, a stats update form with screenshot upload, the trainer profile with a performance radar chart, community leaderboards with filters and export, and a trainers directory with search. Separate flows were designed for trial and subscribed users.
A clean black, white and red palette keeps dense numbers easy to read. Red is used for key actions and for the user's own rank, so the next step is always obvious.

Final Outcome
PlayerZero now has a clear, consistent interface that makes tracking progress and climbing the rankings simple.
The system covers every key screen on desktop and mobile and gives the team a solid base to keep building on.
