The Brief
Webbe is a dashboard where customers of a Shopify theme store, organize and manage their license keys in one place. They needed a calm, clear interface that makes adding a key, whitelisting store URLs and downloading the latest theme simple, on desktop and mobile.
The result is a light, friendly dashboard with clear key statuses, quick copy actions and guided steps, so even first-time users can set up their store without asking for help.
Design Process
We designed the full Webbe flow in Figma: sign-up with email verification, login, the dashboard overview, key management, the three-step add key flow, the update guide and the help center.
A soft lavender gradient and rounded white cards keep the interface light, while purple actions and color-coded key states (active, outdated, inactive) make the next step obvious on every screen.

Final Outcome
Webbe now has a clear, consistent dashboard that turns license management into a simple, guided task.
The system covers every screen from sign-up to download and works the same on desktop and mobile, giving the team a solid base to add new features.
